Information collected

• Growth X-Ray request form: name, work email, company, website, role, industry, optional spend and volume ranges, acquisition channels, main challenge, your message and your consent choice.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser details, recorded with form submissions for spam prevention and in standard web server logs.
• Website scanner: the website address you enter and its scan results. The address is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights for the speed test, and results are kept for up to 15 minutes to speed up repeat scans.
• Direct contact: anything you choose to send by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Please do not send passwords, payment information or sensitive customer-level data through the form.

How it is used

• To review your request, decide whether the scope is a fit and reply to you.
• To prepare and deliver any work we agree.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam.

Your information is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Analytics and cookies

The site itself does not set advertising cookies. If website analytics (such as Google Analytics) is enabled, it records anonymous usage such as pages viewed and buttons clicked. Names, email addresses and phone numbers are never sent to analytics tools. This section will be updated if analytics or advertising tools change.

Service providers

Information is stored with the website hosting provider and delivered by email. AI tools may be used to help analyse data during an agreed engagement; any such use is covered in the engagement scope, and personal data is not shared with them without need.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, unless they become part of an engagement, in which case they are kept as long as needed for that work and any legal obligations.

Security

The website uses HTTPS. Form data is stored in a location that is not publicly accessible. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please share only what is needed.
