Case Studies

Real Problems. Evidence-Led Decisions.

Each case study shows the business context, the actual challenge, the evidence reviewed, the intervention and what changed—with the measurement behind every number.

The Format

How Every Case Study Is Written

The same structure every time, so you can judge the work on its evidence.

  1. Client context

    Industry, size, market.

  2. Challenge

    The real business problem.

  3. Diagnosis

    Evidence reviewed.

  4. Intervention

    What was actually done.

  5. Results

    Measured, with caveats.

  6. Learning

    What it teaches.

  7. Next step

    What comes after.

Evidence Standard

Numbers You Can Check

Every numerical result states its time period, baseline, result, denominator, measurement source and attribution caveats.

Client names, logos and screenshots appear only with permission. Where results can’t be verified, the project is shared as an anonymized breakdown without numerical claims.

EVIDENCE CHECKLIST
  • Time period stated
  • Baseline and end point
  • Denominator shown (e.g. per 100 leads)
  • Measurement source named
  • Attribution caveats disclosed
  • Client permission confirmed
Being Prepared

Detailed Case Studies Are Coming

Full write-ups are being prepared with client permission. Meanwhile, these are problems I regularly examine.

EDUCATION & EDTECH

Enquiries that don’t enrol

Reviewing which campaigns, keywords and forms produce counselling-ready leads versus volume alone.

REAL ESTATE

Slow site-visit follow-up

Connecting ad leads, call handling and CRM stages to see where interested buyers go cold.

E-COMMERCE & D2C

Search visibility without sales

Matching SEO and Shopping visibility to products with margin, and fixing tracking gaps hiding true return.

Typical challenges for illustration—not published client results.
